UF IEEE is a great organization to get involved with at UF. It’s a really good way to meet other engineering students, make friends, and build connections outside of your classes. It can also be super helpful when looking for internships since you get opportunities to network with people in industry and learn about different career paths. On top of that, UF IEEE can help you connect with students and professors who are involved in research and point you toward opportunities you might not hear about otherwise. Overall, it’s a welcoming community that can help you grow professionally while also making your college experience more fun. Definitely recommend getting involved!
