Community guidelines

You need a verified @ufl.edu email address. One review per organization per person. You can edit or delete your review at any time.

Your review is published anonymously — your name and email are never shown publicly. We retain your account identifier internally so we can prevent duplicate reviews and investigate abuse.

Having a UF email does not prove current enrollment, and we do not claim that it does.

• Your own experience. Something you personally saw or took part in. Not what you heard from a friend, not what you read in a group chat.
• About the organization, not about a person. Write about how it was run, not about who ran it.
• Specific and useful. “Meetings ran late and dues were higher than advertised” helps someone. “This club sucks” does not.

Honest criticism is welcome. Negative reviews are welcome. We do not remove a review for being unflattering.

• Naming or identifying individual students or officers. No names, no positions, no nicknames, no descriptions that make it obvious who you mean.
• Threats, harassment, or abuse, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Private information — anyone's contact details, address, class schedule, photographs, or anything else that identifies a person.
• Allegations of crimes or serious misconduct. See below.
• Reviews of an organization you were never part of, reviews written in exchange for anything, and reviews written by an organization about itself or a rival.
• Content that is not a review — advertising, spam, or off-topic posts.

• Concern about a student's wellbeing: UF's Dean of Students Office

We will remove reviews containing these allegations, and we will point you to where they belong. Removal is not a judgment about whether what you described happened.

Every review has a Report link. You do not need an account to use it.

Tell us which rule you think the review breaks. Reports reach us anonymously, so please include your email address in the report if you would like a reply — otherwise we have no way to get back to you.

If you are reporting something you believe is factually false rather than merely unfavorable, tell us specifically what is false and what actually happened. “This is all lies” does not give us anything to check.

Every report is read by a person. Where you have given us a way to reach you, we aim to respond within a few days and tell you what we decided.

We remove reviews that break the rules above — anything naming or identifying an individual, any threat or abuse, any private information, any allegation of a crime or serious misconduct, any review that is not from a genuine firsthand experience, and any content we are required to remove by law.

We do not remove a review simply because an organization disagrees with it, dislikes it, or believes it is unfair. A negative account of someone's honest experience is exactly what this site is for.

If you tell us a specific statement is false and explain why, we will look at it. Where a review mixes a factual claim with an opinion, we may remove the whole review rather than edit it — we do not rewrite anyone's words.

You are welcome to report anything that breaks these rules, and we will read it.

We know a review of a small organization can feel personal. That is why the rule against identifying individuals is our strictest one, and why we enforce it even when nobody reports it.

We do not currently offer official responses from organizations. We are not neutral on false statements of fact — tell us what is false and we will look at it. We are neutral on opinions we happen to disagree with.

Breaking these rules can mean a review is removed and an account loses the ability to post. Serious or repeated abuse means a permanent ban.
